Bondi Water Treatment Plant is located in North Bondi within the cliff face. The plant and equipment are exposed to a highly corrosive environment of Hydrogen Sulphide and high Salinity coupled with low maintenance practices has resulted in urgent upgrades to the plant. These projects span all areas from Inlet Works, Solids Stream and Electrical & SCADA.

Modifications of Navigable Pass and Reduced Pass, and Provision of Fishways to Locks 1 to 6

The project was to upgrade the navigable pass at the Locks and Weirs in South Australia and build fish passage at each location for Murray Darling Basin Authority. The objective was to remove manual tasks and requirement for divers to remove and reinstate the Nav Pass section of the weir during and post floods. Additionally as part of the Sea to Hume Fish Passage Program, dual fishways were constructed at each site to enable upstream fish migration around the weir.

Process plant upgrade to increase production volume and changed process inline with the new mine map for Olympic Dam. The expansion project was a full new process facility concentrating on smelter and electro-refinery.
